What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?

I served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for fifteen years.  During my nineteen year legal career I also represented countless individual clients through my private civil practice.  I have extensive courtroom experience in both criminal and civil matters.  Through my varied and extensive experience I have learned the qualities that it takes to perform all duties of the office fairly and impartially.

Why are you running for this particular court seat?

I have dedicated the vast majority of my career to public service. Through this position, I can continue to serve my community.  Guernsey County has been blessed with dedicated, experienced judges including Judge Nicholson who is retiring at the end of this term.  I know that if elected, I can step in and ensure that the Cambridge Municipal Court continues to serve the Guernsey County community impartially, competently and dilligently.
