Question 1

List your judicial experience (courts and years)

Magistrate, Village of Fayetteville 2020-current

Magistrate, Village of Felicity 2012-2018

Question 2

What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?

Working as an assistant prosecutor for 16 years, I have been mentored by some of the best attorneys and judges in the area.  I have practiced in all areas of criminal law from the highest felony cases to juvenile court, but I have spend the majority of my career as the Assistant Prosecutor that handles Municipal Court.  As the current assistant prosecutor in Municipal Court, I am very familiar with the concerns the court faces and needs of those coming before the Court.

Question 3

Why are you running for this particular court seat?

Over my 16 years legal career, I have learned that I truly enjoy working as the assistant prosecutor in Municipal Court and feel that my knowledge in this area makes me uniquely qualified to continue to protect Brown County and serve the people. I want to increase the services the Court provides to the community.  I hope to improve the Court's technology and services to become more efficient and user friendly to the public.
