Question 1

List your judicial experience (courts and years)

If elected, it would be my first term as a Judge.

Question 2

What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?

Common Pleas Court handles felony and civil cases.  I am unique because I have courtroom experience in both areas.  I worked as a civil litigator at Faruki+. My private practice focused on criminal defense.  At the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office I supervised the Grand Jury Division, worked at Care House, acted as trial supervisor, and currently supervise the Consumer Fraud Division. This breadth of experience makes me the best candidate for Common Pleas Court Judge.

Question 3

Why are you running for this particular court seat?

Early in my career, I had the luxury of practicing in front of all the Judges on the Common Pleas Court Bench.  I was lucky enough to have a close relationship with the Honorable Barbara Gorman.  In working with her, I realized that I wanted to be a Judge to serve the community that I love.  I have been practicing my entire career in Montgomery County.  I have experience in all areas that come before the Court.  I am involved in the community and understand the practitioners and people that come before the Court.  When Judge Krumholtz retired, I knew that this is the opportunity that I wanted to pursue.  If blessed enough to win this election, I will work diligently to serve Montgomery County honorably.
