List your judicial experience (courts and years)

None

Abbreviated Candidate Answers

None

Question 2

What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?

I have been in full time legal practice for 13 years.  In that time, I have been involving in litigation on every scale, from single plaintiff landlord-tenant disputes to multi-million dollar civil litigation.  For the last nine years, I have exclusively represented consumers and employees, focusing on privacy, wage-and-hour litigation, and other consumer-facing litigation.  This experience brings me a unique perspective on adjudicating and resolving issues relating to bread-and-butter pocket book issues, experience that few judicial candidates can provide.  I have handled litigation at all scales and all sizes, and I am ready to take on whatever cases come into my courtroom.

Question 3

Why are you running for this particular court seat?

The Columbus community has provided me with so much, and it is time to give back by serving as a judge on behalf of all people.  Our courts need judges that understand and will dig into the increasingly complex cases that come in front of our courts, and provide high-level legal thinking that a modern and sophisticated legal market requires.  Our courts also need judges who are level-headed, calm, and respectful to everyone who comes before the court.  I am uniquely prepared and qualified to be that kind of judge, and I am ready to take on tha challenge.
