Question 1

Question 2

What non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?

In my 22 years of working in the State and federal Courts of Ohio, I have tried over 200 cases. I have litigated million dollar civil cases and tried several high profile criminal cases.

Question 3

Why are you running for this particular court seat?

For twenty-two years I have protected and defended the rights of our citizens of Ohio and Cuyahoga County.  As a Civil Rights and Constitutional defense attorney, I have ensured that persons of all walks of life received fair treatment in court by holding the government accountable to the standards required by law.

I beleive that somone who hold the position of Judge should have a variety of experience in the practice of law. The prosecutor to the bench pipeline is quite prevalent in Cuyahoga County and often neglects the experience a candidate has had outside the confines of working for government. I have represented a wide variety of citizens in Cuyahoga County and around the entire State of Ohio.

After witnessing the increasing infringement of our rights, particularly over the past two years, it became apparent to me that I could no longer watch the injustices in our system continue.  I realized that I can be more effective and do more to promote an equal system of justice from the bench.
